WHY IS MY KEYCHAIN/STANDEE SCRATCHED/PEELING?
all acrylic items come with a protective plastic film on the front to ensure they aren't damaged before they reach you. This film can be peeled off to reveal the shiny, unscratched acrylic underneath
WHY WON'T MY STANDEE FIT IN ITS BASE?
peel off the protective plastic on both sides to get rid of any extra width.
WHY AREN'T THERE A LOT OF IMAGE FOR EACH PRODUCT?
you should know that depending on the period I change my bigcartel subscription so I vary little between 1 to 50 images per product but you have to have the means to do so 😭😭😭
WHY DOESN'T MY PRODUCT LOOK LIKE ITS IRL IMAGE?
it's because of the brightness of the lights as well as the photos that I chose 🔥

WHAT ARE THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES?
- In France, shipping takes place in 2 days, not counting Saturday and Sunday.
- regarding other countries outside France it is a maximum of 1 week and in the worst case it will be 2 weeks but for the moment we have not encountered this type of problem with other customers.

IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET CHEAPER SHIPPING?
unfortunately no because all packages sent are considered as packages and not as letters (except if you want to receive an acrylic in 4 pieces in this case contact me 🙄 ) and also unfortunately I do not set the prices because these are the prices of 'postal shipments
HOW ARE ORDERS PACKAGED?
easy, simple and effective I pack them all in the same small box like on the tiktok videos that I make
otherwise for certain exceptions such as for example when you only buy one soft toy then it will be shipped in a bubble envelope
otherwise if there are several plush toys then I will just create an oversized box to ship it to you 😭😭
